RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
Article 1 – Right of Withdrawal
If the Customer is a natural person not acting in the exercise of their profession or business, they have the right to cancel the distance contract with Gymsetz free of charge within 14 days after receiving the product, without providing any reason. The Customer is only responsible for the direct costs of returning the product. Any shipping and payment costs the Customer paid for the delivery of the product will be refunded upon return of the full order.
During the withdrawal period, the Customer must handle the product and its packaging with care. The Customer may open the packaging and use the product only to the extent necessary to assess the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the product.
The Customer can cancel the agreement under paragraph 1 of this article by returning the product within the specified period, or by notifying Gymsetz within this period of their intention to cancel the purchase and subsequently returning the product as soon as possible.
Any amounts paid in advance by the Customer will be refunded as soon as possible, but no later than 30 days after the cancellation of the agreement.
Clear information about the applicability of the right of withdrawal and, where applicable, the necessary procedure will be provided on the website before concluding the agreement.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- Products made by Gymsetz according to the Customer’s specifications.
- Products that are clearly of a personal nature.
Article 2 – Payment
The Customer must make payments to Gymsetz using the payment methods indicated during the ordering process on the website. Gymsetz offers various payment methods such as iDEAL, credit card, and/or PayPal. However, it is important to note that Gymsetz reserves the right to determine which payment methods are offered and that this selection may change from time to time.
Article 3 – Warranty and Conformity
Gymsetz guarantees that the products comply with the agreement, the specifications as listed in the offer, reasonable requirements of soundness and usability, and the applicable legal provisions and government regulations at the time of concluding the agreement. If specifically agreed, Gymsetz also guarantees that the product is suitable for other than normal use.
Any warranties provided by Gymsetz, the manufacturer, or the importer do not affect the statutory rights and claims the Customer has under the agreement and that can be invoked.
If the delivered product does not meet the agreement, the Customer must notify Gymsetz within a reasonable time after discovering the defect.
If Gymsetz deems the complaint justified, it will, in consultation with the Customer, repair, replace, or refund the relevant products. The maximum reimbursement will be equal to the price paid by the Customer for the product. This article does not affect the Customer’s right to claim damages.
Article 4 – Complaints Procedure
If the Customer has a complaint about a product (as described in the article on warranty and conformity) or other aspects of Gymsetz’s service, they can contact Gymsetz via the email address support@gymsetz.com. Clearly state what your complaint is and provide the order number for a purchased product so we can immediately resolve your complaint if valid.
Gymsetz will respond as soon as possible, but no later than 3 days after receiving the complaint. If it is not yet possible to provide a full and substantive response at that time, Gymsetz will confirm receipt of the complaint within 3 days and give an indication of the period within which a substantive or final response can be expected.
Article 5 – Returns
You have 14 days from the moment of receipt to return the product without giving a reason. The full purchase amount, including shipping costs, will be refunded to you via the payment method you used when ordering. The refund will be processed within 14 days, depending on the chosen payment method, provided the product is received without damage. Return shipping costs are at your own expense, and you can request a return label through our website or create one through a carrier of your choice. If you exercise your right of withdrawal, you must return the product with all supplied accessories and, if reasonably possible, in its original condition and packaging.
Article 6 – Exceptions to Returns
Damaged products cannot be returned. If returned with damage, the amount will not be refunded to the Customer. Products made by the entrepreneur according to the specifications of the consumer cannot be returned. Personal products are non-returnable. After 14 days, returns are no longer possible.
A return shipment must be accompanied by a track & trace code. Once we have received your returned items, the purchase amount will be refunded to your account within 14 days.
Article 7 – Timeframe for Quality Evaluation
Upon receipt of your package at our warehouse, the quality evaluation will be conducted within 48 to 72 hours. Please note that for some products, this process may take longer.
Article 8 – Timeframe to Receive Your Replacement
If you have chosen a replacement item, you can expect it within 2-4 weeks from the date we receive the tracking information for the returned item and the quality evaluation is complete.
Article 9 – Timeframe for Refund
Customers who have requested a refund can expect it within 14 days after receiving the returned item.
Article 10 – Product Exchange
If you wish to exchange a product, please contact us via the contact form on our website. Please note that you are responsible for the costs of returning the product.
Article 11 – Incorrect Delivery Address Provided
If you accidentally provided an incorrect delivery address, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to change the order for you before it is processed.
Article 12 – Warranty
You can rely on us to deliver our products with care, ensuring they arrive in good condition. However, it is possible that a product may be damaged during shipping or that something else happens, entitling you to warranty. If you contact us within two weeks after discovering the defect, we will repair or replace the item free of charge if the defect falls within the warranty period.
